Your Henderson County Family YMCA has an ever expanding facility with access to a wide variety of fitness, sports, and activities. From leagues, to classes, to doing it on your own; we have what you are looking for!

FITNESS CENTERS

Our facility includes the following:

- 3 New Hydromassage Warm Water Recliners- FREE for Adult Members Only
- Two Indoor Heated Pools
     - Regulation size pool for lap swim, swim team, family swim and water exercise
     - Warm water therapy pool used for self water therapy, arthritis classes, infant and youth swim lessons and family swim
- Two gyms
     - Teen and adult gym; Youth Gym for Ages 9 - 13. Staff monitored Jan - April & Aug - Dec
- Four exercise centers
     - Free weight exercise center
     - Weight machine exercise center featuring two lines of Cybex Machines
     - Cardio exercise center featuring 17 treadmills, stair steppers, bikes, stair climber, x-trainers, rower and TVs

- Multipurpose aerobics center for variety of classes
- Two indoor tennis courts with a three lane walk/jog track (air conditioned from April through September); 2 Indoor Tennis Courts (Free 1 Hr Play; Fee for Reservations); Walk/Jog Track (12 laps per mile); Age 13-older, younger if with a parent or in a Y program.
- Racquetball court
- Cycling room with 18 bikes and virtual RPM classes
- Regular male and female locker rooms; separate men's and women's health locker rooms with private overnight lockers, sauna, showers, restroom area, couch & TV and several cardio exercise machines
- Youth, Adult & Family Social Recreation Center that offers computers, pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, NBA basketball, NFL football, racing bikes, pinball game, vending machines and seating for 80 
- New Les Mills Exercise Center with live and virtual classes

NO CARD?
Member Options after using 12 sign-ins per calendar year for not having their card:
Option 1:  Pay $5 for a new card to be made.  Can be paid in cash, check or by credit card.  Kids may use the Y phone to call their parent to see if the parent wants to pay by credit card over the phone. (Visa or Master Card accepted.)
Option 2:  Go get your card or use the Y phone to call someone to either bring your card, bring $5, or pick you up. If the decision is not to use the Y facilities, children may stay in the lobby until their ride arrives.
